The Human resources Department was established in 1985 . Are organizational structure of this department is consisted of the following posts :

- The Assistant Director
- The chief of clerks

Administrative and Technical Human resources .
- Faculty staff members Affaires .
- Archive "files and records " .
- Human resources' services .
- Social Security .
The Department tasks :
The role of the department is to implement the university policy of the university in terms of providing with the qualified human resources : Administrative , technical and faculty staffs . In this respect the following tasks have been assigned to the department :-
1- Taking part in the plans aiming at rehabilitant the administrative Staff so as to enhance their job performance
2- Recruitment procedures , health insurance , life insurance and social security .
3- Computing all kinds of leaves : annual , sick and un paid .
4- Archiving the documents of the staffs and following up the following tasks :
. The recruits' contracts .
. The recruits' promotions .
. The annual Salary increases .
5- Implanting the Deans' Council resolutions concerning the faculty staff members .
6- Implanting the resolutions of both , the recruitment and health insurance committees .
