Participation Guidelines

The conference will be held at Mutah University and Dead Sea, Jordan from April 23 to 25, 2025
Important Dates:

- Conference Dates: April 23-25, 2025
- Deadline for Abstract Submission: January 20, 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: February 20, 2025

- Research Submission Requirements:
1. The research topic must align with the themes of the conference.
2. Papers may be written and presented in Arabic, English, or French.
3. Abstracts should not exceed (400) words and should be written in Times New Roman, font 12. Five Keywords reflecting the content of the presentation should be written at the bottom of the abstract page.
4. The researcher must state the following on the abstract page: research title, researcher’s name, academic rank, and the institution they are affiliated with.
5. A copy of the researcher’s CV, limited to one page, must be submitted along with the abstract.
6. The scientific committee of the conference will be responsible for reviewing the abstracts on a rolling basis starting from the date of submission and up to the 20th of January.
7. The committee has the right to accept or reject the submission.

- Conference Participation fees:
• Free for participants from Jordan
• $300 for participants from outside Jordan
(The conference fees ($300) cover hotel accommodation, transportation in Jordan, and meals)
